Darel has a cold and isn't feeling as good as usual. His pulse were low yesterday, he usually naps a lot when they are low. Which he did yesterday but the cold kept him awake some last night.
I wasn't moving too fast yesterday after doing so much Thursday, I was glad I had "brain" work to do. I have a truck with a few things coming Wednesday. To save freight I figured out what I need to set up the perennial automatic irrigation again and ordered it. The sales rep was here Thursday. Not only is he very knowledgeable but takes the time to share that knowledge. The snow has melted enough so he could help me plan the lay out of the lines. The former rep had us set it up for a larger greenhouse with no concern about how much water pressure we had.
I got some pricing signage made up, Rachael did some pruning and everyone transplanted peppers. There was a pleasant break mid day visiting with friends who have bought a farm in Vermont. Vermont seems so far away but I have to be glad for them, Vermont is where their grandchildren are.
There was a happy ending to the day, Sally Jo got her yellow belt!
More peppers today and working in the hoop house. Before I move flowers in there I want it to be all ready to plant the tomatoes and that isn't done yet. Ripe, red tomatoes seem far away this weekend.
Have a good day, Sally
