Darel had a busy day yesterday. Both the chaplain and the nurse visited in the morning. In the afternoon we went to Bangor to get the truck aligned. We had it aligned at Quirk and couldn't have asked for more thoughtful service. The serviceman suggested Darel not get out of the truck until we get inside and walked to the waiting room with us. When it was time to leave the truck was parked in the bay closest to the waiting room, he helped Darel to his feet and walked to the truck with him.
I did get a path open to the Quonset hut yesterday. Not only was there a lot of snow but a thick crust of ice in the middle that would have made shoveling hard work. I emptied the ashes in the driveway to the greenhouse. With the forecast I may be walking in water but the ice will melt.
I ordered a case of trays from our feed store. they will come in on today's truck. The weather is supposed to be good this afternoon. We'll go pick them up and get chicken feed at the same time. I'll work in the greenhouse this morning why it is warm. Have a good day, sally
