A busy day yesterday, we went to the Senior meal at church and the Ash Wednesday service in the evening. Darel was tired but glad we went to the service. A very good service to start Lent. Since I make a pan of sweet rolls for each family for Valentine's Day I didn't get much accomplished.
Little andrew did get all the ice off the roof. A good thing, the ice had backed up some water. Thankful for a metal roof. He shoveled out the back door of the greenhouse. There is lots of water on the floor in the back room, we've never had that before. The hose reel is sitting in ice and water. I'm hoping some salt will melt the ice. We put the reel in the back room so it will be free of snow and ice when we start watering.
This morning I'm bucketing out the Quonset hut so we can get to our pots and trays. This afternoon we have an appointment to get the truck aligned.
Have a good day, Sally
