 -7 with a NW wind, cloudy and windy all day with a high of -1.  Dropping to -13 tonight.  Sunny tomorrow with a west breeze, a high of 6 and a low of 2.  1-3 inches of snow Monday with a SW breeze, a high of 23 and a low of 221.  Some clouds Tuesday with a WNW wind, a high of 32 and a ow of 7.  Sunny Wednesday with a west breeze, a high of 23 and a low of 17.  Morning clouds/afternoon sun Thursday with a SW breeze, a high of 37 and a low of 30.  Wintery mix Friday with a west breeze, a high of 34 and a low of 20.  Snow showers next Saturday with a high of 23 and a low of 17.  Possible morning snow showers next Sunday with a north breeze, a high of 26 and a low of 8.  Pleasant with seasonable temperatures the week of January 15th with snow on Saturday, the 20th.

      Darel had a good day yesterday, pulse was normal and he got to watch the clean up from the comfort of the house.  But wishing he could help.

      After cleaning up snow for awhile I came in, started going through the Fedco seed catalog and went to sleep.  When I got up Doug had been here with the big loader.  The snow was in a pile.  He and Mike had gotten rid of the drift that was up to the windows on the garage doors.

       I open the back door in the garage and shoveled out the snow that had blown in under the door.  And shoveled a path to the bird waterer.  It was covered with a drift too but didn't take much to open it up.For now I just threw sunflower seeds on the snow.

      Today I'll order seeds, a good job to do on a day when the high is -1 with a wind.  Gilbert shoveled the horse barn door out the first time yesterday, I had to shovel it two more times.  I'll probably have to shovel it again today to take care of the hens.

      About seven weeks until I start the greenhouse fires.  Keep warm, Sally
