It's good to be nice.  It doesn't mean you are weak.  It just means you have a big enough heart to spread happiness.

 Cloudy, 64 degrees, with a SW breeze.  Rain and showers this afternoon with a SSW wind.  A high of 71 today, clearing tonight with a low of 54.  Cloudy tomorrow, rain stating about noon and lasting into the night.  A light SSE breeze with a high of 66 and a low of 61.  Morning clouds, afternoon sun Tuesday with a brisk NW breeze, a high of 75 and a low of 46.  Sunny Wednesday with a NNW breeze, a high of 63 and a low of 42.  Partly cloudy Thursday with a light west breeze, a high of 64 and a low of 40.  Partly cloudy Friday with a brisk SSW breeze, a high of 65 and a low of 51.  Partly cloudy Saturday with a stiff west breeze, a high of 72 and a low of 46.  Possible afternoon showers next Sunday with a WSW breeze, a high of 63 and a low of 5 Cloudy next Monday with a brisk west breeze, a high of 9 and a low of 40.   Sunny next Tuesday with a high of 61 and a low of 40.  Showers the rest of the week, pleasant the weekend of the 21st.  Highs in the sixties, lows in the low forties with NW breezes.

      Darel had another quiet day.  I worked in the garden in the afternoon, checking on him every half hour or so.  He only called me once, pushing four on the landline rings my cell phone.  His pulse is all over the place.

      I pulled all the onions and picked lots of tomatoes.  I hardly made a dent in the tomatoes.  I'm very thankful for the rain but may not get in the garden again until Tuesday afternoon.  We'll see how wet it is tomorrow morning.  Hoping it is soaking wet!  I picked some apples.  They are very small.  I can make applesauce why it rains.  More pumpkins and squash left.  My pumpkins haven't been picked yet. Need to do that by the cool down next week.
