I slept in, I'm not only slow this morning, so is my computer.  Darel not only had an uneventful day yesterday but had lots of company.  The CNA, the nurse and the hospice Chaplin all came yesterday.  The nurse and the CNA are both very good and very nice.  The Chaplin is wonderful, we look forward to her weekly visits.  Last night my sister and her husband bought down a crockpot of stew.  Not only did we share supper with them but Doug,  Raymond Freeman and Raymond Bickmore joined us.  You can imagine the stories!
7:50AM   The TV has come back on.  Yesterday's storm kept interfering with TV reception today.  Darel really enjoys TV, I hope it doesn't keep going off today.  I'm going to defrost a freezer  so it won't matter if my computer continues to be slow.
We swatted so many flies yesterday we were sure there would be none around at suppertime.  There was and this morning you would never know i had to keep sweeping up dead flies yesterday..  From the conversation last night we aren't alone with our sudden fly problem.  And a skunk has dug under Lynne's house.  I think they are headed to Tractor Supply for a live trap.
A lot of leaves left the trees yesterday.  The more the better now,  We are less likely to lose power with high winds if the leaves are gone.
I have six pumpkins left for sale.  If no one needs a last minute jack o lantern the chickens will enjoy them.  I had some strange looking pumpkins that seeded themselves, the chickens thought they were fine.  I just split them open with an ax and threw them over the fence.
      Have a good day, Sally
