Gilbert and Barbie took Darel to Rachael's game yesterday.  He seldom made time to go to games, even to go visiting or visit after church.  He can't change that now but feels blessed when he is able to do some of these things.  He is so appreciative when people take time from their busy lives to visit him.
Why Darel was at the game I watered.  Just the fruit trees left to water on this round of watering.  I should probably check what I watered early in the week.  Because i'm cutting back lots of the perennials they don't need to be watered very often.  Many falls not at all.  Lots of pumpkins and mums left yesterday  I think I just have about enough mums left to take up the begonias in the church box and replace them with mums.  I'd like to do that this afternoon.  After the football game Darel can ride over and supervise.  I pot the begonias up and put them in the cellar for the winter.  I take them out in March.  they are blooming by may when I replant them.
I want to spend this week getting ready for the wedding.  As I do it I will be bringing in house plants  the transition si hard on them if i wait until the nights drop into the forties.  I bring in too many plants. I just like as much green as possible in the house.
       Have a good day, Sally
