A pleasant day yesterday.  Darel slept some in the morning and even though it was hot Gilbert took him for a wheelchair ride in the afternoon.  Doug got all the hay that was mowed baled.  Today they will be delivering some good hay and unloading some trailers of hay that have quite a few weeds in the hay in our barns for Doug's cows.  Doug will feed them lots of bales, they can eat the grass and sleep on the weeds.
My house was happy that everyone was busy haying so I stayed inside-and cleaned.  I don't know where the lazy, hazy days of summer are, summer days here are busy!
Lots of annuals are still leaving along with the perennials.  Less to water!  I'm doing lots of mulching.  there has to be some advantage of lots of mulch hay.  Some people are buying some this summer why it is cheap for next summer.  This spring there was no mulch hay anywhere.
      Have a good day, Sally
