Darel had a wonderful day yesterday.  Doug and Nicole went to church with us.  Lil Andrew was there to help get Darel in and out of the truck  Jordn, Mike and Michelle joined us.  We enjoyed the service and visiting our church family.  I had 5 milk crates filled with jugs of water.  After church Andrew and Jordn soaked the begonias in the sign box so they can get through this week's heat.  Annabelle and Daniele weeded the box with Annabelle telling her mother, "Make sure you just pull the weeds, not the flowers."
Darel felt so good after church he wanted to go to Countryside for lunch. Sister  Lynne and Tom visited in the afternoon.  So good to see Tome doing so well with his new hip.
Lynne and i got part of the row of beans picked.  It isn't a very long row, the other row never got weeded.  Lots of things I'm not keeping up with this year.  Raspberries need to be picked again today, blueberries tomorrow.  Cucumbers, zucchini and summer squash need picked first thing.  And soaker hose will start running as soon as the shrubs and perennials are watered.  Cucumbers are dropping to four for a dollar.  Lots of hay was made yesterday afternoon.  Lots more will be made today.
Andrew and Gayle are here Sunday's to help with Darel.  Why we were gone yesterday they tore apart my laundry.  They totally cleaned it, including pulling out the dryer and cleaning it.  They also put down a new rug. That floor is so cold it needs a rug to keep the room warm. All the rest of the day I kept admiring the room.  It was such a disaster it was getting me down.  The whole house looks better with that eyesore changed into a pleasant room.
    Have a good day, Sally
