I had a very nice birthday yesterday. Everytime I'd go to do something I usually do, Bekah had already done it. So I got to do some extra things on my list and look at all the birthday wishes on FB. Several family members stopped by to visit and wish me happy birthday plus phone calls. Maigin made a lovely supper . Everyone sang Happy Birthday, Alexander blew out my candles for me.
Today the Prides Corner order comes. We are always excited for it to come. The plants come ready to sell and they are always beautiful. It is such a large order that our sales area is full. And the hummingbirds are happy. I'm hoping to put some bows of waves on top of the septic tank today. I'll cover them with remay nights. The hummingbirds love them. And I want them to have something to eat besides sugar water.
One of my feeders is a platform feeder. This morning at daylight a rose breasted grosbeak was laying in the feeder eating. He laid there eating for a long time. Then flew to a branch and sat there soaking up the morning sun. We think he just got here and was very hungry and worn out. He's gone now. The oriole came to eat some grape jelly why Andrew and Gayle were watching the birds.
May your day be blessed, Sally
