We really don't need anymore "happenings"  But there was some excitement yesterday,  Rachael and Evan's furnace caught on fire.  Thankfully quick response from Charlston and Bradford fire departments confined the fire to the furnace and metalbestos chimney.  By nightfall RJ Heating had a new furnace installed.
Darel had a doctor's appointment yesterday.  He continues to heal.  The doctor did say that he would have a headache for quite a while.
It is still spring in the greenhouse.  This week's order is being planted. As are the seedlings from the germination shelves in the house.  The last two seed orders should arrive today.
A flock of red winged blackbirds just arrived.  Andrew and Gayle gave me a feeder that is a pain to fill.  But today I will start filling it.  It is made so the little birds can get the seeds but the bigger blackbirds can't.  I won't be putting seeds on the platform feeder or putting out suet in the big suet feeder.  The blackbirds would empty that suet feeder every day if I'd fill it.  I have an upside down feeder that I will keep suet in for the regulars.
May your day be blessed, Sally
