Dense fog, calm, 68 degrees.  Cloudy today, a stiff  SSE breeze, high 83.  Clearing this evening, fog after midnight, low 66.  A light NW wind tomorrow with sunshine.  High 78, low 66.  Mostly sunny Saturday with a WSW breeze, high 81, low 60.  Rain Saturday night and Sunday.  A SW breeze Sunday, high 74, low 57.   Mostly sunny Monday,  a brisk NNW breeze, high 75, low 55.  Partly cloudy Tuesday and Wednesday, WSW breeze, highs in the low eighties, lows 58 and 62.  Partly cloudy next Thursday with a brisk SSW breeze, high 87, low 66.  Possible scattered thunderstorms.  Cloudy next Friday, a WSW breeze, high 86, low 63.  Showers next Saturday, a west breeze, high 81, low 61. Partly cloudy Sunday the 27th through the 30th with WSW breezes, highs about 80, lows about 60

   Lots of hay went in the haymows yesterday but not as much as they planned.  The fields aren't producing as much hay as other years.  A cold wet spring, now it's hot and dry.

   97 cucumbers, will Jay break a hundred today?  Lots of other vegetables.  He is running soaker hoses steadily. Besides making a profit Bekah is  glad so much inventory has sold, less to water.  Hot days like we've just had means when everything is watered it is time to start the automatic waterers on the mums.  When they are watered it is time to start over.  The pond has a leak, so I've ordered a new liner.  Until it comes they are just keeping enough water in it to keep the lilies happy.
