Everyone is home. tired but happy after some fun filled days.  Margin didn't leave the heat on so they stayed here rather than go home to a cold house.  She brings the girls here to get on the bus anyway.
I'm so happy with my new pellet stove.  I pushed a button yesterday morning.  It started and kept the front room at 72-73 all day and night with no attention from me.
We didn't have a hard frost but enough to get the tender plants.  As so often happens after our first frost, Indian summer is in the forecast.  Great weather for working on the new greenhouse.  Hurricane victims have seen some chilly nights.  I pray they are able to prepare for the winter during this warm spell.
May God be with you on this beautiful fall day, Sally
