Yesterday was a pleasant day.  Dry days are rare enough so we always consider them pleasant.  Jay, Bekah and Aza;ea had gone to Storyland so we were especially thankful it was a nice day.  I had two dates down for my doctor's appointment.  I called the office as soon as it opened and got nothing but "leave a message"   Since I had to go to Bangor anyway I went, the appointment had been changed to Wednesday.  I did my errands and got home in time to do some planting and weeding.  Even though it was Monday and the nursery was closed I had enough customers so I didn't get the blueberries picked. I visited with the customers who wanted plants but I didn't know the prices.  It has rained so much the price labels have faded..  They said they would be back for more vegetables and would make sure to come why we were open. Today's weather is good, I'll pick blueberries this afternoon. I had to refill the cucumber coolers.  Gilbert had put a box of cucumbers in the refrigerator in case we sold out.
I have PT and a haircut this morning.  Jay and Bekah will be here refilling the stand.  And weeding.  Weeds have done well with all the moisture!  Their gardens are doing well.  Customers tell us about standing water and mud in their gardens.  We could be in Vermont where fields and gardens have been polluted with flood waters or even washed away.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
