Another day of transplanting. All the cabbage family are transplanted and in the hoop house. With dryer sheets mixed in so a roaming mouse doesn't smell a snack. When I open the hop house door the fragrance tells me why I use wool dryer balls in my dryer! Peppers are on the agenda for transplanting today. Debbie put together several containers of flowers and will do more today..
I read the instructions for the new dosatron and panicked. Then I put the instructions down and looked at the old dosatron and put the new one together. Our old one only had one setting, the new one has several. I took the new one down to Kirby's and he showed me how to set it. Very simple after he showed me! Heather will be happy when she comes to water. No more mixing fertilizer. From Kirby's I went for a perm. And stopped at the hardware store to get what was on the list Mike gave me for putting up the new sign. Heather made.
Do the Heathers confuse you? Doug's daughter Heather does the Country Junction books and in general keeps us straight. She and her husband Mike grow the vegetables and delicious melons we sell in our farm stand. Their chickens and ducks lay the eggs we sell. Family gets most of the eggs my hens lay. Doug's daughter-in-law Heather painted the new sign that daughter Heather's husband Mike and Jay are going to put up. Daugher-in-law Heather does most of the watering for us.
The Sun is shining, time to shut the heaters off. May God be with you on this day. Sally
