Another busy day of transplanting. And moving plants to make room No heaters last night but it will be a week or more before we have a night warm enough for no heaters again. We'll put remay over the pansies today so if there is some snow tonight we can just shake it off. Annabelle and I planted pansies in the church box. They will do fine and be bright for Easter. Jay worked on getting the display area ready ffor the fruit trees coming next week.
Dylan swept the garage. Today the picnic table will go in it for people spillover tomorrow.. Even though the showers are early it will be a cold chilly day. Fine for the Easter Egg hunt but not for sitting around talking. Plants are taking up lots of room in the house. Others are bringing food but I will be cooking most of today.
People are asking about removing mulch and straw.. With next week's forecast I'm not removing any.. April vacation is when we uncover our perennials that we wrapped in polyester blankets and plastic last fall. We won't unwrap them until Thursday.
There is no good news about Violet. The scan showed that the spots of cancer are growing.
May God be with you today. Sally
