At 2am a skunk got caught in the live trap. At 4:30 there was a second one trying to get it out. I didn't even want to turn on the lights and disturb them. I went back to bed. I got up at 5:30, by six it was getting light enough to shoot and i called Doug. The skunks are history. Much of the conversation yesterday was wondering fi there were two skunks. So many holes, so many tracks. Strawberries and cat food lured the female into the trap.
Debbie and i had a pleasant rip to Bangor. i stopped and ordered another ton of pellets on the way home. Debbie came home with me and unloaded my groceries. Andrew picked her up here. Neither of us got a lot of groceries. i did get sunflowers seeds for the birds. And a bag of woodpecker mix for their treat. That took care of the rest of the Sam's card reward money! The cardinals and finches love that food more than the woodpeckers. I haven't seen the fourth male cardinal in a few days. i guess he decided the females here were all taken, he had best look for a mate elsewhere.
Doug got a bottle of anointing oil from his pastor. Last night Bekah's family Joined together at Doug and Nicole's house. We joined hands, prayed, while Doug held Violet and anointed her with the oil. It will be a few days before Bekah gets the results from yesterday's full body scan. Violet enjoyed playing with the littles last night.
May God be with you this day, Sally
