A good day for me yesterday.  The doctor worked me over with her magic hands and I came home standing straight.  Soon after I got home Cindy arrived for a visit.  Then I was reminded of what wonderful people there are in this world.  The Fedex man came Wednesday as I was carefully walking in from the mailbox on the ice. He immediately had me take his arm to walk to the door. Yesterday when he got here he not only went out to the mailbox and got my mail but retrieved the paper from down the road where the paperman had tossed it!! How kind and thoughtful is that?
Before I went to the doctor's I renewed the ash paths. By afternoon they were good to walk on. I'm anxious for daylight to see how they are this morning. The garbageman posted on FB yesterday, "Please don't be angry if I can't get to your dumpster today. The ice is terrible."
Violet is slowly improving, she might come home today from the hospital today, more likely tomorrow. She'll be home for awhile, getting strong enough to have surgery to remove the tumor
May God be with you today, Sally
