Back to doing some watering today and starting the round the garden run of soaker hoses.  Today and tomorrow's strong breezes will dry things out.  Including the hay, that is good.  A couple loads are sitting here waiting for the hay crew.  Tiffany and I finished weeding the beets and carrots. we'll put the soakers hose on them first.  Why I'm out there I'll check the early potatoes. Gilbert bought us a few for supper last night.  I keep checking the cucumber when i pick the summer squash.
The yard is full of swallows swooping through the air.  That must be why I've seen so few flies this year.
Weeding will be mostly in my flower beds now, they are always last.  We have some some annuals left that are past their prime.  I'll cut them back and plant them.
      Enjoy your day, Sally
