Happiness isn't about getting what you want all the time. it is about loving what you have and realizing how blessed you are to have it.

Sunny, calm and 46 degrees.  A high of 77 today with a NNW breeze and a low of 48 tonight.  The forecast says it will be the last night the temperature will drop into the forties!  Sunny tomorrow with a SSW breeze, a high of 78 and a low of 52.  Sunday, Father's Day will be sunny with a stiff SSW breeze, a high of 85 and a low of 53.  Sunny Monday with a south wind. a high of 81 and a low of 53.  Scattered thunderstorms Tuesday with a stiff south breeze, a high of 76 and a low of 55.  Partly cloudy Wednesday and Thursday with WSW breezes, highs in the mid seventies and lows in the low fifties.  Sunny next Friday and Saturday with SW breezes, highs of 77 and lows of 54.  Possible morning showers Sunday, the 26th, with a SW breeze, a high of 76 and a low of 56.  Partly cloudy Monday the 27th, and Tuesday, the 28th, scattered thunderstorms Wednesday and showers the rest of the week.  Highs for the week will be in the upper seventies with lows in the upper fifties and SW breezes.  

      I finally refilled the cookie jar yesterday.  Been slacking in that.  One pumpkin patch is planted.  It is in a place that had been pasture and grown up when the cows left.  We have been reclaiming it, next year it will be part of the garden.  The tomatoes are all planted.  And a few more flowers.  

      This morning i am running the soaker hose on the tomatoes.  Debbie comes today to water the perennials.  Last night I filled the garden pond.  We are getting on a regular schedule for watering.  I filled each hole with voodoo juice (compost tea) when I planted the tomatoes.  I'll do the same thing with the cucumbers today when I plant the rest of them.  Gets the plants off to a great start.

     The fabric comes off the zucchini today.  The zucchini is so big it is pushing it off.  If there are any blossoms on the cucumbers I'll take it off them.  It can stay on the sweet potatoes a few more days.
