1/5/26  Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.

Clear, calm, -1.  Sunshine this morning, clouds this afternoon, an inch of snow showers tonight.  A west breeze, high of 15, low of 7.  Cloudy tomorrow, a gentle NE breeze, high of 25.  1-3 inches of snow and ice tomorrow night, low of 18.  A wintery mix Wednesday with a north breeze, high 33, low 25.  Sunshine Thursday, a WNW breeze, high 38, low 19.  PM light rain Friday, a SSW breeze, high  40, low 33. Showers Saturday, a NNE breeze, high 37, low 22.  Morning showers Sunday, a west breeze, high 39, low 22.  Partly cloudy next Monday,  brisk WNW breeze, high 31, low 15.  Partly cloudy next Tuesday, a south breeze, high 33, low 21.  Mostly cloudy next Wednesday, a WSW breeze, high 34, low 18,  PM snow showers next Thursday, a WNW breeze, high 30, low 17.  Mostly cloudy Friday the 16th, a brisk WNW breeze, high 27, low 13.  Foggy Saturday the 17th, a brisk west breeze, high 23, low 10.  Partly cloudy Sunday the 18th and Monday the 19th, brisk west breezes, highs about 22, lows about 6.

    The truck sat in the sun why I was in church but it was cold when Church was over.  The high in the house for the day was 67.  We've already gone from burning two bags of pellets a day to nearly three.  I don't want to turn the heat up and burn more!  The kitchen stays warm thanks to the cook range.  When I called Keith in Alaska he said they had -29 yesterday morning.  The twelfth day of Christmas isn't until tomorrow but we'll start putting Christmas decorations away today.  They go behind the pellets.  As soon as they are put away we'll order another ton of pellets.

    I visited Andrew yesterday.  There is some improvement every day.  Yesterday they started having him sit in a chair for fifteen minutes at a time.  That tired him out.  He had a good night, today they will start slowly introducing solid food in his diet.

    This week Bekah will go over the plug and cutting order to make sure she didn't miss ordering anything..  They start arriving the last week in February.  She'll make the mum order for next fall.  When the Christmas decorations are put away it will be time to set up the germination shelves.
