This, the twelfth Day of Christmas marks the end of the Christmas season.  Christ is with us now and forevermore.
We will finish putting the symbols of the celebration of Christ's birth away.  The house and our lives will get back to normal.  And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13 :

Andrew had a lot of first's yesterday as he starts healing.  No more tubes, starting to get up, starting PT.  Eating regular food, nourishment his body is handling the way it should.  He's getting enough strength to be able to talk and crack jokes.  I'm not planning to go visit him today, doctors and nurses are keeping him busy,  When they aren't he is resting because they tired him out.
Heather's Mike was operated on for carpal tunnel syndrome yesterday.  Prayers for his comfort and healing.  And prayers for nurse Heather, he had both wrists done.  Only one deductible that way.  His biggest complaint-finally a winter that the ice is thick enough for lots of ice fishing and he can't take advantage of it!
Doug and Bekah are delivering hay today because the sun is shining.  It sounds like the truck and trailer would get covered with salt and slush the rest of the week.  Bekah sent in the fall mum order, the confirmation has already come back.
May your day be blessed, Sally
