The roads weren't very good early yesterday morning.  Right at eight the sky couldn't decide if it was going to rain or snow, cars started going by very slowly.  Cars usually whiz by here.  I decided not to go to church.   I fell asleep during online church and napped the rest of the morning.   I've been on the thyroid medicine a couple of weeks now and I'm feeling much better.  But I guess my energy level hasn't caught up with all I want to do.
In the afternoon I made a place in the summer kitchen for the milking equipment..  In March Bekah is going to set up the milkhouse but for now she is caring for the milk and doing milk dishes in the kitchen.  Now there is a place for the milk dishes after they are washed.
We have a possum.  Bekah couldn't believe it when she first saw it!   The chicken rooms are in the horse barn.  At one time they held pigs.  Yesterday Bekah made sure there were no holes that the possum could use to get in with them. We read that they like chicken feed and eggs.
The rest of the day the girls made Christmas decorations and candles.  There is a craft fair at the Bradford Town Hall Saturday.  Country Junction has a booth.  Starting Black Friday the store here at the farm will be open.  When people come for their wreaths and Christmas  trees they can check out the store for handmade gifts and decorations.
May your day be blessed, Sally
