Sunshine Sunday, a strong SW breeze, high 87, low 65.  Partly cloudy Monday, a west breeze , high 86, lows 59.  Partly cloudy Tuesday and Wednesday, highs 82, lows 58.  A north breeze Tuesday, a south breeze Wednesday. Cloudy next Thursday and Friday, SSW breezes, highs about 80, lows 59.   A pleasant day yesterday.  Watering and harvesting take up most  of the day.  Doug and Nicole's grand daughter has been visiting, last night was her last night here so they had a family picnic.  I have some reservations about my pt  therapy. My back seems worse afterwards, not better.  I have a doctor's appointment Monday, I'll talk over continuing pt visits with her.  I will continue my exercises, they definitely make a difference.
