Partly cloudy Monday with a brisk ESE breeze, a high of 67, a low of 57.  Cloudy Tuesday with a SSE breeze, a high of 66, a low of 55.  Partly cloudy Wednesday with a strong WSW breeze, high of 79, low of 58.  Sunshine Thursday with a strong west breeze, a high of 79, low of 58.  Partly cloudy Friday with a brisk WNW breeze, a high of 77, a low of 56.  Partly cloudy next Saturday with a WNW breeze, a high of 74, a low of 55.  Partly cloudy next Sunday with an ENE breeze, a high of 72, a low of 54.  Partly cloudy the week of the 16th with highs in the mid to upper seventies, lows in the mid fifties.

It was dry enough yesterday to dry two loads of laundry.  Laundry that Bekah and I got off the line just before a sudden downpour.  I had gotten some planting done before the showers moved in.  Jay got lots of vegetables planted.  We're mulching everything, dry weather is coming.  The last two azaleas left yesterday.  I think they have some of everything else though they are getting low on cucumbers.  Gilbert wasn't the only one who tried for early cucumbers and lost them, several customers had to replant.
Looking at the weather we will pick and freeze the rhubarb.  The stalks will get tough and stringy with the dry, warm forecast.  I'm going to mix  sugar and lemon juice with rhubarb and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.  Tomorrow when it's raining I'll make jam.  We are freezing the rhubarb in packages of different sizes.  Sized for muffins,  bread, and pies.
May your day be blessed, Sally
