6/27/25     If you rearrange the letters in depression you get "I pressed on."   Your currant situation is not final

A  few thin clouds, gentle west breeze, 61 degrees.  We were without the internet until 7:20. Sunshine this morning, clouds moving in this afternoon with an ESE breeze.  Rain after midnight, low of 58.  An inch of rain tomorrow with a SE breeze, high of 59, low of 57.  Showers Sunday morning, overcast in the afternoon with a NW breeze.  A high of 75,low of 60.  Partly cloudy Monday with a WSW breeze, a high of 87, low 64.  Thunderstorms Tuesday with a brisk south breeze, high of 81, low 66.   Sunshine Wednesday with a stiff WSW breeze, high 85, low 63.  PM thunderstorms Thursday with a brisk west breeze, high 80, low 58.   Sunshine Friday, July 4th with a brisk WNW breeze, high 75. low 56.  Partly cloud Saturday with a west breeze, high of 81, low 58.  Sunshine Sunday the 6th with a brisk SSW breeze, high of 81, low 61.  Showers Monday the 7th lasting into Tuesday morning.  Partly cloudy Wednesday and Thursday, showers again Friday the 11th.  Highs in the eighties.

By the time I got the internet it was time to start my  morning.  I took the pansies out of the church box.  Despite the heat they looked pretty good.  After I got the chickweed out I planted geraniums in the box. They can take summer's heat better and take less water.  I planted some of the pansies at Darel's gravesite.  I have a shady spot in the kitchen garden for some, Heather is planting the rest at her place.
Maegin cut lots more bamboo.  Jay had to cut down the entire dogwood.  I knew the storm had split it but didn't realize how laid over and partially split the rest was.  The stump will send up suckers.  We haven't decided if we'll let one grow into a tree.  The birds liked that tree.
We had our first cucumbers.  There are twenty or so for the stand, not enough to put the sign out.
May your day be blessed, Sally
