A long but pleasant day yesterday with church in the morning and youth group in the afternoon.  The girls had a great time.  Jay left on his fishing trip.  Bekah had already taken care of the hens when I got home.  and she did the night time check.  Their egg production, especially the old hens, has really dropped off.  I'm hoping this week of warm weather and the long days get them back in production mode.
I have two doctors appointments this morning.  I think the doctor will be ok with my foot.  The swelling and most of the redness is gone.  Bekah and Maegin have been cleaning and organizing the old greenhouse.  The weather is perfect for starting the fires Wednesday and moving seedlings from the house to the greenhouse Thursday.  Next Sunday and Monday are cold.  The big order of cuttings and plugs doesn't come until Tuesday or Wednesday.
May our day be blessed, Sally
