I came home from church and took a nap knowing it would get busy when everyone else got home.  My church has an early service because we share a pastor.  I did find out google had misled me.  I wasn't sure which of the four themes of Advent yesterday was, google said Love.  The weeks are Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love.  I've never quite understood using the word "Hope".  Thanks to Jesus we don't have to hope we are going to Heaven, we know we are.
The girls were teaching a class on wreath making at their church at three.  When they got home from church we rearranged the get together room so we could set up our Advent wreath and put up the large Nativity.  It was very hard for the little ones to imagine their parents putting up the Nativity and me reading the stories to them.  A different Nativity but the same story books.  Lil Andrew has the Nativity we had  when they were little.   The battery powered candles in the Advent wreath  are very nice.
When the girls left Jay and I set up the large outside Nativity that is by the front door.  The power comes from behind the house via a heavy duty cord I ran weeks ago.  I had checked all the lights inside the figures to make sure they work.  There is no frost under the snow, the stakes went right in.  The large star up in the peak of the barn was plugged in.  Today I'll do more.  Bekah has to work on vegetable seed orders, Jay has things to do around the greenhouse.  Trees will sell slowly until next weekend.
May your day be Blessed, Sally
