Raw and wet yesterday but still a busy day.  Transplanting and moving plants went on all day in the greenhouse.  The hoses got set up in their summer places.  It is always so nice to just be able to turn the water on whatever greenhouse you are in.  Even though we will be working on getting the garage ready for summer picnics, the greenhouse work will continue.
Gilbert planted lettuce, beets and peas.  The lettuce and beets are snug in remay tunnels.  The peas are an experiment to see how early he can get them.  He built a low tunnel long enough for a row of cucumbers.  He planted seeds in four inch pots in the greenhouse.  In theory when they are 3-4 inches tall the low hoop tunnel will be warm enough to plant them in the ground.
May God bless you on this day, Sally.
