I went to Bangor yesterday, a pleasant break.  I saw some people I knew in Sam's, including a couple of my favorite greenhouse customers.  We had a nice visit.  I was tired when I got home but I had gotten everything on my list.  Bekah and Heather had collected eggs and cared for the hens.  They carried in the groceries.  Why I was gone they winter sowed ten different perennial and annual seeds.  The seeds need four weeks of cold so they are sitting outside on a pallet by the greenhouse.
There is lots of green showing in the trays on the germination shelves.  The tiny seedlings will be just about the right size to transplant in two weeks when the greenhouse fires are started.  Jay bought a bag of potting soil in from the greenhouse yesterday.  It wasn't frozen!
May God bless you on this day, Sally
