6/30/19
Before you speak let your words pass through three gates:  Is it true?  Is it necessary?  Is it kind?

Darel had another good day yesterday.  We  went to Annabelle's birthday party after I closed.  Stopped at the Creamery o our way home.  Darel thought we should go to Bangor for a few things and a whopper since we were already half way there.
I didn't get much done yesterday partly because of inertia and partly because i was doing lots of odds and ends.  Like pricing.  i don't like pricing.  Checking to make sure i've figured all the costs and trying to decide what is a fair profit.  I have some stunning containers that are just now reaching their potential.  I grow them in the back room and the back room was so cold for so long that they got a slow start.  This late in the season i can't get what i should for them.
The manager of the Home Depot stopped for some Brussel sprout seedlings.  He said they have never had so many plants in stock this time of the year.  Their plants are all on consignment,  the growers are going to take a terrible hit.
Tomorrow is July first.  July is the month i have to start next year's orders.  I think I'll be very conservative.  I'm expecting this year's weather to affect our ecomony.  History shows that farm economy always triples down.
Power is flickering, Better send this why I can.  have a good day, Sally
