Darel had a good day yesterday, good vitals and a better outlook.  He seems to have lost some strength but we did go to the bean supper last night.  I think we'll be going to church today.
We went to the bean supper early last night so i would have time to straighten out the Sunday School room and put away Christmas.  Some thoughtful person already had done it.
I just have squash, pumpkins and cucumber seeds to order.  I'll try to do them today.  I'll send in an order this month, February and March.  I'll put the seed catalogs away so I don't get tempted but I'll be able to add to the orders if I get any special requests.  My orders are large enough so I don't pay shipping.  I try to avoid ay orders for just one or two pkts.
The birds do appreciate the heated water this cold weather.  There is nearly always some birds drinking.  They go through at least a gallon of water a day.  The "junk" Christmas trees provide a good windbreak around the waterer.
     Have a good day, Sally
