Your diet is not only what you eat.  Be mindful of what you put in your body, emotionally, spiritually. and physically.

 Cloudy, 15 degrees, a variable breeze, mostly east.  Snow starting soon, turning to mix and rain this afternoon.  Rain ending tonight, very foggy over night.  A stiff SSE breeze today, with a high of 37, dropping to 34 tonight.  3-5 inches of snow expected.  Partly cloudy tomorrow with a WNW wind, a high of 44 around noon, and a low of 5 tomorrow night.  Partly cloudy Sunday with a very light NW breeze, with a a high of 32.  Cloudy ing up Monday night with 3-5 inches of snow after midnight, a low of 25..  Rain early Tuesday with some breaks of sun in the afternoon.  A NW breeze with a high of 43 and a low of 20.  Mostly sunny Wednesday with a stiff NW breeze, a high of 23 and a low of 5.  Partly cloudy Thursday and Friday with west breezes, highs about 24 and lows about 12.  Partly cloudy next weekend with NW breezes, highs about 30, lows about 14.  Snow showers the week of the 7th with highs about 20 and lows in the single numbers.

    Darel had a good day yesterday.  He got some "eaten out" money for Christmas so we had to on into Bangor when we went Corinth for a prescription.  The doctor will visit him here at home today.  The doctor doesn't want him in the waiting room with all the sick people.

     I went to Staples to order my calendars yesterday.  The clerk tried to convince me that I had gotten them someplace else.  Finally he said he'd talk to his supervisor and see what he could find out.  Usually I order the calendars about the day I start my winter letter.  By the time it is written and in addressed envelopes the calendars come in the mail.

    I started my winter letter and didn't have much more success getting it written than I did ordering the calendars.  I couldn't think of much to write so I sat here looking at flowers.  Next summer's flower gardens are so beautiful this winter!  So many birds are eating so many sunflower seeds that my kitchen garden will be mulched with sunflower hulls.

     I'm looking forward to a doctor's visit today to put my back back in place .  I should be back home before the doctor gets here to see Darel.  Have a good day, Sally
