Darel had a good day yesterday. His heartbeat was low in the morning but picked up as the day went on. We enjoyed lunch at church and did some errands afterwards. In the morning he didn't feel like going to Rachael's basketball game, by late afternoon he called Gilbert and wanted to go. It was a good game with Central winning over Bucksport. A late evening for us, he is still asleep.
Friday's weather is the reason I like to mulch plants. The nice snow cover may all be washed away. There even may be some thawing of the topsoil. Then a freeze up. Mulch protects against temperature changes.
The last of our gifts came yesterday. Today I'll be wrapping and finish decorating. If I stay home. Lil Andrew, Danielle and the kids are coming down tomorrow night to put up the tree. Annabelle wants to help me put up the Christmas village.
Have a good day, Sally
