Darel had a good day yesterday. Last night's visit to the Creamery was the last for the season as they close until spring today.
As of Monday the nursery and stand will be self service. If i am here i'm glad to help customers. The next ten days are "do as I suggest" not "do as i do" I don't recommend planting perennials beyond the first though I will be planting next week as i have time. I will mulch whatever i plant well. I have a burdock and sweet Annie and Annie patch to clean up plus my berry patches. Burdock and sweet Annie will go to the vegetable dump in the woods.
Our two oldest sons and a grand daughter arrive from Alaska for a week's visit Tuesday so there will be lots of family time. Pears are canned, 79 pints and 9 quarts. Apples are next.
Have a great day, Sally
