Even though Darel's oxygen was low yesterday he had a pleasant day and we went to the Creamery again last night. I needed to water the church flowers . Each of the boys stopped in some time during the day plus one of our sons in Alaska called to say another grand daughter is expecting a baby.
We got a raccoon in the trap last night. for as smart as they are supposed to be I'm surprised they came back again. Yesterday we found another wood chuck and it hole. The hole is in an old compost pile that Doug is going to spread over the garden. The wood chuck will be some surprised when he does. Out by the potato patch, where the carrots and beets were before a wood chuck ate them.
I weeded and mulched in the pollinator garden why Tamarra planted some flowers that are especially liked by pollinators. I think all gardens should have some space attractive to good bugs, pollinators, toads and yes even snakes. Even just a space along an edge is good. mine has tended to be a weed patch with herbs and flowers in it. I'm trying to make it better and prettier in people eyes this year.
Watering today, i can't trust the wet forecast to be wet enough. Picking Blueberries and checking to see if the garlic ready is on the list too. Gilbert dug his garlic yesterday. Have a good day, Sally
