Darel had a pleasant day yesterday. We had lunch at the church. Andrew and Gayle visited with him why I kept a doctor's appointment.
Plants are in the back room. Saturday night I'll have to open the door wide and keep the fires burning hot. The propane heater will have to go out in Andrew's greenhouse. With the threat of ice making loss of power possible I won't trust the electric heater. And the propane heater puts out more heat. I already have remay over those flowers. Saturday night I'll put a frost blanket over them too. We did a good job of picking any slimy stems off as we put the flowers out there. There was only a few spots of maybe mold. With those flowers moved out there we could give room to the flowers in the greenhouse. Today we are going to put pansies on the headhouse floor until Monday when we can put them outside. We will transplant peppers to put in their place. It is a very challenging spring.
We will enjoy today, tomorrow is supposed to be nice too. Have a good day, Sallly
