12/3/17
What you are is God's gift to you.  What you make of yourself is your gift to God.

Clear with a very large moon just now setting, calm and 24 degrees.  Sunny today with a gentle north breeze, a high of 38 and a low of 25.  Tomorrow will be a repeat of today.  Light rain Tuesday afternoon with a strong SSE breeze, a high of 43 and a low of 40.  Morning rain Wednesday with a brisk west breeze, a high of 48 and a low of 23.  Sunny Thursday with a WSW breeze, a high of 37 and a low of 21.  Afternoon snow showers Friday and the weekend.   A gentle SSE breeze Friday with a high of 37 and a low of 23.  A NE breeze Saturday with a high of 36 and a low of 23.  Strong west breezes next Sunday with a high of 34 and a low of 18.  The week of the 11th will have lots of snow showers, highs in the twenties and lows in the teen with mostly west breezes.
Higher pulse seems to be the new normal. Darel is comfortable and is very careful not to fall when he gets up as he is not as strong as he was.  His feet were not as swollen yesterday.
Andrew hung the curtains back up yesterday morning.  you know they really needed washed when Doug comments on how bright it is in here. Said he didn't think they needed to washed that much.  And he helped take them down!
I got the candles in the windows and the front room Nativity up.  This afternoon id the Christmas Village.  Darel just walked out here trying to decide if church was a good idea.  We didn't make it over to watch everyone decorate the church yesterday morning.  Mike cut some boughs for the box but it was already decorated by afternoon when  Darel decided he wanted to ride over.  Not being sure I would make it i hadn't mentioned doing it to anyone.  Now I have some boughs and bows for under the windows.  The tulips like a little extra protection.
One of these nice days i have to cut the rest of the Brussel sprouts for the hens.  Some Brussel sprouts every day sure keeps the egg yolks a deep yellow!
      Have a good day, Sally
