Darel had a good day yesterday.  We made a fried chicken run.  Wednesday's church dinner was canceled so he needed to get out of the house.
I got some apricots to make apricot bread.  I used to make some for my cousin every year but haven't made it since he died.  I decided it was time to get back to making it.  Almost changed my mind when I saw the price of apricots.  Luckily Andrew had suggested I try getting them at Natural living Center.  They were still expensive there but I got twice as many for a dollar less than in the grocery store.
My Paris Farmers Union order is in.  That includes Coast of Maine products.  One  thing on my winter to do list is to have a more informative display for some of their products.  Many of my customers don't know about the products benefits.  Coast of Maine has a great web page, excellent winter reading.
I'm throwing sunflower seeds on the snow.  We have a lot of juncos this year, they much prefer eating off the ground.  Especially under the rose bush and winterberrie bushes.
      Enjoy your day, Sally
