Anything can be an adventure.  Its all what you make of it.

Very light snow falling on the 4 or 5 inches we got during the night.  27 degrees with a gentle north breeze. Clearing with a WNW breeze today, a high of 38, dropping to 18 tonight.  Morning clouds/afternoon sun tomorrow with a WNW breeze, a high of 32 and a low of 11.  4-8 inches of snow with NE winds Tuesday, a high of 29 a low of 24.  A few flakes Wednesday with stiff WNW breeze, a high of 28 and a low of 6.  Sunny Thursday with a strong west breeze, a high of 14 and a low of -1.  Partly cloudy Friday with a gentle NW breeze, a high of 17 and a low of -3.  Partly cloudy Saturday with a west breeze, a high of 24 and a low of 13.  Morning snow showers next Sunday with a SW breeze, a high of 29 and a low of 18.  Pleasant Monday, the 18th, snow showers the rest of the week into the weekend. 

      Darel had a quiet day yesterday, relaxing, listening to carols and watching the game. Keeping his feet up.   For some reason he couldn't sleep last night, watching TV now.

      I cut the rest of the Brussel sprouts yesterday and stacked them by the chicken house door.  there will be a stalk of sprouts a day for a couple months.  Checked the squash and found a big buttercup that is soft, they'll have that today.  Plenty of good ones for us.

      The little man is out on his stump, the bird feeders are full, the tractor backed into the garage so i can just lower the bucket and push snow on the way out.  I think everything that needed to be done before winter was done. I do need to put some power service in the tractor.

      I'll going out to do some snow clean up, not enough so I need help.  It is Christmas card beautiful out there.  I don't know if we are going to church.  Enjoy your day, Sally
