Darel had a pleasant, restful Monday.  So different from the past two Mondays!  Even though Sunday was an exciting day there was little physical activity.
Most of the morning was spent doing odds and ends recovering from the wedding.  In the afternoon I watered about two thirds of everything.  I'll finish today and than not have to water for a few days.  I picked some tomatoes yesterday, I'm hoping to get more picked today.  I didn't have to pick any peppers.  Heather had more than she could sell, beautiful, large red and green ones.  All i've had this year have been banana peppers.  I put a quilt over the squash last night.  i didn't expect it to frost here but It will store longer if it doesn't get cold.
Our pellet stove came yesterday.  Andrew says they are going to put it in tonight.  No rush.  Now I have to rearrange the garage to make room for pellets.  And I need to rearrange the front room.  Medical supplies are stacked where my plants sit in the sun in the winter.  I've always washed my squash with one part bleach to nine parts water and stored it in milk crates behind Dare's recliner.  I'm not sure where I'll put it this year.
Looking forward to a beautiful fall day, hoping yours is good too, Sally
