Darel had a very pleasant day yesterday surrounded by family as we celebrated Kendra and Rodney's wedding.  It was a slow morning, we would not have made it church if we had planned to go.  After the meal he wanted back inside.  He enjoyed resting and having different ones come in and visit.
The ceremony was very beautiful, Rodney and Kendra wrote their own vows.  The father of the bride bought her to the ceremony on a big red tractor that was all shined up for the job.  The aisle was marked off with birch logs and the few mums I have left.  They were married under a white birch arbor the groom had made.  Lots of pumpkins and gourds for the decorations.  Thanks to the frost holding off until tonight there were lots of flowers to choose from for decorating.
Back to watering today.  and picking tomatoes.  Lots of orders for tomatoes if I can get them picked.  Up here on the hill we may not get a widespread frost.  Plants will be coming in the house today.
The greenhouse was recovered yesterday morning.  It is so bright in there with new plastic.  It will be good when this winter's cold wind blows not to be concerned whether or not the plastic will hold up.
       Have a good day, Sally
