Darel had a quiet day yesterday. He did have a visit form his CNA, his nurse and his social worker so he was well attended.
I did some work in flower beds yesterday but outside work was mostly watering. And I'll be watering today. Concerns about dryness is affecting our appreciation for the beautiful weather. The Brussel sprouts are very dry but i'm not going to try to run a hose our there. hopefully the week of showers will bring them back.
I'm spending some time on plants that come in the house. Some will stay out until after the wedding so I'm covering them these cold nights. Even though we won't get a frost I don't want them shocked by the weather change. A big sunpatient is in the house. I just can't let it go even though i know I won't be able to keep it looking good all winter. I go down fighting with frost!
The morning glory blossoms did not open this morning. Maybe they will bloom again next week when it warms up. Blue jays were at the feeder.
I'm running late this morning. Andrew stayed with Darel why i went to a church meeting last night. A late night for me. The CNA will be here soon. Darel is already eating breakfast so he'll be ready. I help her so I'll wish you a good day and start mine. Sally
