Yesterday morning was not a good morning.  Darel's pulse went up to 86, dropped to 36,  stabilizing at 54 late afternoon.  He couldn't pull himself to his feet or lift his legs, even sitting up with out help was hard.  Very frustrating for him.  Earlier "events "affected his speech, the ones the last few weeks have not, a blessing.  Once again by late evening he regained a lot of the mobility he had had lost and slept peacefully last night.  When he moved from the bedroom back to the hospital bed at four he was very slow but needed little help.  I try very hard to only help when absolutely necessary.
I didn't get much done yesterday but some watering..  I need to do some more watering first thing and then pick peppers and tomatoes for the stand.  All I have on the stand is tomatoes, onions and peppers, I have lots of them.  And winter squash and pumpkins.  The pumpkins are mostly all picked and Brian picks squash when ever he comes to work.  He is back to his full time job so is only part time here.
Nicole usually is the my help/backup Tuesdays.  But she is cooking today for Kendra's wedding Sunday.  She has to work the rest of the week.  Gayle is coming this morning so I can go get some prescriptions for Darel and water the flowers at church.  i had water with me Sunday but I was anxious to get Darel home.
The monkshood are blooming.  Such a beautiful blue.  They join the other fall colors in announcing the end of the season.  I've seen them still blooming in the snow.  Their blooms tell me i'd better check the fall raspberries.
     Have a good day, Sally
