Darel slept most of the morning yesterday He needed a new prescription for his warfarin so we decided to go to the clinic for a blood check. (His doctor and nurse had offered to make a house call,) He has been going to Milo for so many years that the visit was more of a social occasion than a blood draw. His numbers were perfect. Last night we rode over to Countryside for take out. Darel was hungry for one of their deluxe hamburgers.
In May when I got my mum plugs there was an extra yellow tray. I have mostly yellow mums left. maybe ten colored pots. It will be ok if I some yellow ones left. Kendra and Rodney are getting married here Sunday October 1st. A small family wedding but we will want to make everything pretty.
The skunks that were in that war here the other night all seem to have moved on. We are still getting whiffs of them from the scent they left behind. It seems that every customer who comes has a skunk story.
More applesauce today. All the fruit trees have ripened at once. I can't keep up even though i'm giving some away. We don't spry so our fruit isn't perfect enough to sell. But we would rather deal with imperfect fruit and not have any spray residue..
Have a good day, Sally
