7/21/25 Take life day by day, be grateful for the little things, and don't get stressed over what you can't control.
1.04 of needed rain. Its mostly sunny, cool today, high of 70. Some clouds, a light NW wind. Clear tonight, a brisk NW breeze, low 51. Partly cloudy tomorrow, a NNW breeze, high 76, low 54. Partly cloudy Wednesday, a WSW breeze, high 80, low 60. Partly cloudy Thursday, a SSW breeze. high 86, low 70. Thunderstorms Friday, a west breeze, high 84, low 64. Partly cloudy Saturday, a light NNW breeze, high 86, low 60. Mostly cloudy Sunday and next Monday with a south breeze, high about 82, low about 61. The same next Tuesday only the breezes will be from the NW. Showers next Wednesday, a WNW breeze, high 80, low 58. Partly cloudy through the weekend of the 2ed and 3rd, highs in the upper seventies, lows about 57.
I got up late yesterday and couldn't seem to get moving. I was disappointed that it hadn't rained. The skis opened up why I was doing chores so I got soaked. I put on dry clothes, wrapped up in a blanket and watched church online.
My rolling seat for garden work came Saturday. assembly required. Jay and Gilbert put it together for me. I like the looks of it. I have PT this morning, I'll try it out this afternoon picking blueberries. I did the suggestions on youtube to get the oven burner on the propane stove to light. It still doesn't light. I think I'll forget about it for now. The top burners work fine, that's what we needed for canning. I have a glass top electric range, instructions say no canning.
Friday I cleaned my sunflower seed feeders. I had seen a few fledglings at the feeders. We haven't had many birds so I didn't put many seeds in the feeders when I filled them. Several birds came, the fresh seed tasted good? Or it was raining so hard eating from the feeders was easier? I need to put more seeds out this morning. I only put two hummingbird feeders back out last time I washed them., Yesterday I had to fill them in the rain!
