The weather was pleasant yesterday.  Pleasant enough so Bekah stayed home from church to water, they'd been too busy to water Saturday.  They are pushing to get the vegetables all planted.
Saturday I cut down enough bamboo so it isn't interfering with the driver's vision when they pull out of Atkinson Rd.  Wednesday the others will pick it up and take it to the dump. There is still plenty of bamboo out there.  I'm going to try to cut a little every day.  Maegin is going to weed whack the ditch..  In the fall when silage wagons full of corn round the corner silage spills out.  Dock always grows in the ditch on that corner.  I've seen the cornfields, they have dock in them.
I went out to plant flowers in the kitchen garden.  I knew the storm had laid down some of the rose bush, I found out the winterberry bushes need cut back too.  Some of them are now growing horizontal!  When I was cutting bamboo I realized the dogwood tree is split with half laying on the mock orange.  That's a clean up fpr Jay with a chainsaw.  Things get crossed off the to-do list and more gets added.
May your day be blessed, Sally
