I had a good day yesterday.  I went to church in the rain.  After church Rachel and Evan stopped for some seeds.  Rachael told me she'd have time to help clean up the kitchen garden this week.  Why I napped the rain stopped and the sun came out for the afternoon.  It was cold and breezy but that was ok, the black flies didn't like it.  I went to a graduation party  and enjoyed visiting  with friends and family I don't see enough of.  Darlene bought me a plate of delicious food so I didn't have to stand in line.  Then got her plate so we could eat and visit!  When I got ready to leave Jeff walked up to the far end of the parking lot and brought my truck to me.  On the way home I stopped to visit sister Lynne.  A pleasant end to a good day.  Today I'm looking forward to planting flowers and mulching.
Just collected the eggs, it is chilly out there.  I put some more pellets on the pellet stove.  I'm thinking we could have waited to let the cook range go out .  Once we shut the water to the cook range off and reroute it to the electric heater it isn't easy to go back and forth.
The nursery is closed Sundays and Mondays the rest of the season.  Probably some customers will come, they always help them if they are here.  Now planting vegetables tops the to do list.
May your day be blessed, Sally
