Jay and Bekah loaded the hay trailer with hay yesterday, it will be delivered today.  I bagged up the spilled hay and chaff.  I dumped some bags on the chicken floors.   They had a great time scratching through it for seeds.  In the morning I got a load of chicken grain and sunflower seeds.  I got plenty of scratch grain to throw on the floor.  The scratch warms the chickens twice.  Once when they are busy scratching for it and again when they digest the extra carbs.  I didn't need to go until Friday but it was a nice day and the roads were bare.  I think Maegin will make a Sam's run tomorrow because the roads are bare and the weather is good.
May your day be blessed, Sally
