I don't know when I'll send this.  We have no internet or cell service. We didn't get the prolonged wind that was forecast, we got plenty of heavy wet snow.  The roads were slush covered .  But we never lost power.  Many did and many still don't have power.
The roads were slush covered with blowing snow yesterday but I made it to Dover for my Doctor's appointment.  The chicks came in so I went to Exeter for the from the doctors. Because of the weather they had extra chicks.  When they put the box of chicks in my truck the man grinned and said he had a counting problem!  We now have several extra chicks.  Therre is lots of room in the brooder now but as they grow room will be a challenge,  I will be glad of some extras next winter,  I was wishing I had a few more this past winter so they could keep each other warmer.
Today will be spent dealing with the storm mess.  More Coast of Maine supplies are supposed to come.  The moving switch will continue.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
